Craig is President/CEO & Chief Research Officer of Gugelplex TV, Inc. He has also served as Chief Research Officer of Merkle, Inc. (LogicLab), President of Telmar Group's North American divisions, as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Analytics & Strategy (IMS) at The Nielsen Company, as EVP, Director of Strategic Insights at Publicis-owned Optimedia International, and as EVP, Director of Media Resources & Research at Bates Worldwide.
He began his career as a spot media buyer on automotive accounts and later gravitated to the New York research community working for several agencies including McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Foote Cone & Belding Communications, Bozell Jacobs Kenyon & Eckhardt, Manhattan-Pacific Multimedia (now Gugelplex TV, Inc.) and Organic, Inc.
Craig is an advisory council member of the Marketing Accountability Standards Board (MASB), a past board member of both MASB and the Advertising Research Foundation, and a past member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Advertising Research. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Advertising & Marketing Communications Department at Fashion Institute of Technology, a division of the State University of New York.
He holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor, a B.S. in International Trade & Marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology, and an M.A. in Television Journalism Studies from State University of New York Empire State College. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Sports Management at Northcentral University.
